*Recorded with a cheap microphone that came with a computer, a p.o.s. Washburn guitar that went out of tune every other strum, my amazing Fender 5 string Jazz bass, Fruity Loops drum machine software, and N-Track recording software...way back in 2001/2002. I left some tracks out because they were just too embarrassing to share. My motto at this time was, "Ah, good enough!"

**My follow up to Eye Suck, El Chingadera was recorded with the same software, but with a cheap Nady microphone, an Epiphone Goth Les Paul, and the same bass. (2004) This one has a lot of serious/angry tunes because I was going through some crappy times at my day job.

***In 2005 I finally abandoned the drum machine software for drum loops
on Half n' Half. For this one I also used a Behringer amp simulator and Acid software (to arrange the drum loops). The idea was to have 50% mellow tunes and 50% heavy. The lyrics on this one are a lot more positive and optimistic.

**** In 2006 I bought a Line 6 Toneport (greatest investment for my home studio ever!) and a nice Nady condenser microphone. You might be able to tell that I had a lot of things to vent about around this time. Music is great anger management!

*****When it came time to record in 2007, I had no desire to sing. If you've downloaded the previous four CD's, you've not doubt sensed a distinct lack of vocal talent. So, I came up with the idea of using soundbytes from internet sound boards and You Tube videos as vocals. Also, this time around I got back to writing bass lines first, then coming up with guitar parts later (something I hadn't done since Eye Suck).
